I may as well start my thread for posting new Talents I randomly think up.

It should be noted that I am the tactical combat loving idiot sort so don't expect stuff like "Dazzling Gaze" to be one of the Talents I post here. ^_~ To explain further, I treat Inspirations and Mood points as resources capable of powering special actions... Um... You'll see. =)

Criticisms, comments, etc... Bring 'em to me. =)

Flowing Chain
[Martial]
You may automatically switch to a different Combat Style if you perform a non-Balancing Maneuver while fulfilling one of the following; spending 1 Mood point, using an Inspiration or performing a Critical Hit. You must still open with a Balancing Maneuver as usual.

Strider
[Martial]
Whenever you use an Inspiration, spend a Mood point or perform a Critical Hit you may move 1 area after all Maneuvers have been resolved.

I just wanted to say that I for one, read the stuff you post here. And while I don't have a head for game mechanics, I like what I read.

Some of these seem really useful.

Dual Style
[Martial]
You have become so adept with a particular style of fighting that you have learned to weave the attacks of other styles into it with little effort.
Choose one Combat Style that you are a Master of, now called your Primary Style. Now choose another Combat Style, this will be your Secondary Style. When using your Primary Style you may take actions from your Secondary Style every other action. You progress along the Primary and Secondary Styles as if you were using them normally.

Insightful Transition
[Martial]
Upon gaining this Talent select one Combat Style you have Mastered.
Whenever using that Combat Style you may utilize the following option; before announcing your Maneuver you may spend 1 Mood point or use an Inspiration. Once this is done choose one legal Maneuver for this round. You may act as if you had already performed the chosen Maneuver and declare a different legal Maneuver from the previously selected Maneuver’s position.

In Example
Let's say MacLeod used the Warrior's Strike Maneuver of the Freesword Combat Style last round. Normally his next Maneuver would a Balancing Maneuver, Cleave, Power Bash, or Onslaught, right? Utilizing the Insightful Transition Talent, MacLeod expends 1 Mood Point and declares that his legal Maneuver is Onslaught. Because of Insightful Transition MacLeod is allowed to choose a Maneuver from the following; Driving Onslaught, Slash, Unbalancing Feint or Decoy Jab. This selection is made as if he had just used Onslaught instead of Warrior's Strike.
