So, there's nothing stating at which Wealth Level an Organization starts. Do I have to fund everything on my own? If so, how much gold do I invest to start at WL2? (which is standard for every starting character).

interesting question. I don't know the answer. I don't think that you must fund everything but i can't give you a correct answer.

Organisation start at Wealth 1. I am sure its in the rules somewhere or it was a question here before. You can spend wealth to increase the wealth of your organisation but it gets only 2 things per level of wealth.
