1. The Contact link is broken on the main page. 2. Whenever I log into the forums from viewing the Gameplay section, I get a "You tried to enter an area you cannot access." (or something to that effect) error message. I can just go back to the front page and re-enter the section, but it's a bit weird of a bug.

Thanks. I forgot that I never got around to putting up the Contact page. Doh! It should have some info there now.
Yeah, that "Access Denied" bug has popped up on me a couple of times too. I'm afraid it's beyond my forum code-fu to solve. But I bet Mark can quash it. I will send a query his way. Thanks, and please do let me know of anything else like that.

Hey guys, just spotted this. MadLord (and anyone else experiencing it), can you be more specific about when the "Access Denied" error occurs? I've not been able to replicate the problem here.

It happens to me whenever I am looking at the Gamplay forum page and I hit Log In... after successfully logging in, it brings me to the page with the previously noted message. All I have to do is hit the gameplay link and I return to the forum with no problem. It is a weird little problem. :)

Ah, I see.
- You are looking at 'Gameplay' as a guest - You click 'Log In' - Log In screen comes up. You log in... - The error message occurs.
Yes, I can replicate that error. It's one for the guys over at YAF. Let's see what they can do about it! Will let you all know when I've heard something.

Just a quick update on the Access Denied bug.
Apparently the issue is 'probably' down to the 'url referrer/post security check'. This can be fixed manually in the Forum version we are currently using, or can be switched off as an option in v1.9.3.
Yesterday I wrestled with updating the forum to 1.9.3 for a couple of hours, but it didn't work (I'm probably missing something quite simple, but there you are!). (Anyone accessing the forum yesterday afternoon [GMT] might have noticed some outage, and indeed some formatting strangeness while also I tidied up the forum styling! If this inconvenienced anyone, sincere apologies.)
So, I've asked for details on how to do it manually (it involves recompiling the forum component :S ), but YAF is run by volunteers, so I'll need to wait until they get back to me.
Thanks to everyone for their patience in the meanwhile. We'll get it sorted!
