The new files I prepared back around Labor Day have passed through the DTRPG POD approval process, and I just received my B&W hardcover copy. It looks great! None of those strange issues that the first version had (and whose origins no one seemed to be able to track down). Anyway, I am glad that the new files worked. I still have no idea why the first files didn't work, but oh well.
As soon as the color copy gets here for me to proof, I'll put up both the hardcover B&W and the hardcover color at DTRPG for sale. Prices look like they'll be $29.99 and $54.95 respectively.
