This is a question for those of you who have run Spellbound Kingdoms or are planning to run it.
Attacking inspirations is a central activity in Spellbound Kingdoms. Both for heroes and villains. But to do that you have know what they are. What does it take to discover a character's inspirations in your game? And by this I mean, how do you solve this in actual play? What will a villain have to do to find out how to put the hurt on the heroes? What will the pcs have to do to find out how to put down their enemy?
Right now I'm thinking that in my games a scene devoted to this should be enough. If a character succeeds at the defined test he'll learn what inspirations his target has got. Another alternative is devoting your organization's action to the task.
How do you play this?

Well, I'd say that comes mostly down to roleplay; I'm not sure that a specific system in-place would be appropriate, especially with how open-ended inspirations can be. I know you're probably looking for a more concrete answer, but I'd say just look at real life. You know someone has a love for their wife or family by observing it, for example.
To give a specific answer, if someone spent a scene trying to figure that out, that'd be appropriate IMO. Obviously, of course, that also depends on the scene and what happens, but assuming the scene was well-spent with their investigating into the enemy, that'd work.

I think Investigation would certainly help the GM figure this out. Here is another thought straight from the book...
"With one exception, it is to the character’s advantage to use all of his inspirations in every scene. That one exception is in the case of a secret. A character may want to keep his inspirations a secret, probably so that no one attacks them. In that case, a character who fears he can be read too easily might not want to use - and risk revealing - an inspiration."
So use of your Inspiration in front of others (foes or friends) may make them more easily discovered especially if you stunt by saying things out loud or reacting to certain stimuli.
