I did a slightly more functional version of the Table of Contents. I don't know if there exists a demand for this kind of thing... or if Mr. Brunner intends on releasing a fixed version of the pdf at some point... but this is what I'll be using to navigate the pdf (printed and placed on my desk for quick reference). It uses the page numbers by Adobe. [updated; 8/13/09 7:50 PM]

Mac, that does indeed look good! Thank you so much. I decided to skip the morning stuff (who wants to fight morning rush hour anyway?) and whip up a table of contents on the same background as the rest of the game. Here it is. The pagination is another issue. I don't know what is going to happen there. I'll tinker around with InDesign, but... hm... might have to go through it by hand.

Ah, I didn't think you'd have time to make a table of contents but I'm glad you did!
I'm going to fix up my own a bit, keep it to one page. Mine is for personal consumption though; it will be printed and placed upon my desk. Chances are, I'll have to omit a lot of the subheadings for space consideration though...
