Does a Master have an advantage over an apprentice when performing the same maneuver?
For example, is the 'Warrior's Strike' from a Master Freesword better than the 'Warrior's Strike' from an Apprentice Freesword?

No, not when doing the same maneuver (other than threatening a wider variety of maneuvers next round, if a Master maneuver is accessible from the current one). Mastery refers more to mastering all of a style, all of its maneuvers, even the difficult ones.
That's not to say that you can't have some swordsmen with better Warrior's Strikes than others! Talents and variations are the ways to do that. And, naturally, masters are more likely to know variations, especially of styles that they have mastered. Masters are also much more likely to have invested talents in styles that they have mastered. So an experienced swordsman can definitely be better at a warrior's strike than a tyro, but SK doesn't use the word "master" for that.
